Meet Chantal

Certified Divorce Coach & High Conflict Divorce Expert

Divorce can be isolating, overwhelming, or even outright scary. If you are in the process of divorce or are considering divorce, you may feel lost, broken, or like you have lost your sense of self. You should know that although these feelings are normal, you are not alone. Having experienced this during my very own high conflict divorce, these are feelings I know all too well.

My story and experiences, however, gave me a purpose. My divorce experience does not define me. It did, however, spark drive and passion for me to educate other women navigating the tumultuous waters of divorce with the knowledge, power, and dignity that I know now, only after experiencing it. That's why I started The Divorce Hub.

The Divorce Hub gives women trauma-informed resources on high conflict personalities, the dos and don'ts of communicating, boundary setting, parallel parenting, and the vital importance of documentation. As a Certified Divorce Coach, I will be there every step of the way to fully support you in not feeling alone, overwhelmed, or scared. I help women minimize and manage their stress and create a roadmap to the life of their dreams - located just on the other side of divorce.

I have paired my formal education as a CDC Certified Divorce Coach and a Divorce Coaches Academy High Conflict Coach with many years of research in every article, book, and website to fully educate myself and become an expert in the field. Abuse cycles stop when education starts.

There is no stigma. You deserve a life that is peaceful, fulfilling, and yours. No one can ever take that away from you again. The Divorce Hub shares my experience and knowledge of what high conflict personalities are, how they present, their motivations, their weaknesses, why they abuse, how to communicate effectively with them, how to set firm boundaries. We will also share how they will continue the cycle of abuse by proxy post-divorce and how to minimize the effects of that abuse by being proactive and aware. It's critical to understand how this abuse affects you (short-term and long-term effects of prolonged exposure to stress) as well as your children.

I truly believe that knowledge is power - knowing what you are up against is the greatest superpower you can have when divorcing this type of personality. Not only does it arm you with the proper tools to stand up to your abuser, but it also expedites your healing process and your ability to move from survival mode to thriving mode. My ultimate goal as your Divorce Coach is to empower you to take back control of your life, your peace, your true family and create the very best life for yourself: one in which you are in control of every aspect of your life.

After 25 years of marriage, I left with zero self-confidence. I lost my identity, my passions, and my inspirations. I had no idea who I was outside of being a wife and mother to two incredible children. I had zero financial independence and was terrified and overwhelmed by the various moving pieces, the intimidating legal system, how I would build myself back up, what I would do to support my children. My family and friends were incredibly supportive, but their advice was limited and though with the best intentions, was not what I needed. When you are so busy trying to survive and shield your children from a hostile environment, you lose yourself as an individual. Now, three years later, I am free to be my authentic self. My children and I are no longer just surviving; we are thriving. Living a life you love is possible - and I will be there to support you every step of the way.

I promise you, there is so much life to live on the other side of divorce.
